Someone who has the game on both systems can transfer items.
I thought there's no crossplay in d2r?
There isn't. But if you have the game on both, you can play your characters on either.
So if I have a subscription to Nintendo, then buy D2R for PC... I can switch to PC? And will I need to renew my Nintendo subscription? (There is no PC subscription, right?)

If you have the game on multiple platforms you'll see the same character list no matter which platform you play on. D2R is cross progression but not cross play.
I'm in CET (Central European Time), so that's UTC+1 normally and UTC+2 during DST.
My profile says Ladder, but I play bothLadder and Non-Ladder.
My profile says Softcore, but I play bothSoftcore and Hardcore.
My Holy Grail Tracker is for Offline Hardcore.
However, you cannot log into more than one account instance at a time. If I login to PC and I've forgotten to log out of D2R on my Xbox, I cannot load into a game on PC.

Huh interesting. If I'm online on PC and start the game on PS5, it just throws me out of the game on PC. Can't remember if it works the same the other way around, but I think so.

I think I may not have been patient enough. I tried it this morning and after about 3 minutes of trying to log into my Xbox while also in a game on PC I finally got the Xbox to kick my PC instance. I was getting the "This character is already in a game", but eventually was able to get into a game on Xbox without logging out of PC. I have a slow Xbox, though. Or maybe the Xbox live network is slower to trigger than PC or PS network?
