Description

Harlequin Crest - referred to within the community by its base item " Shako" - is one of the best helms in the game for any character or build, granting a large bonus to life, mana, and skills. The +2 to All Attributes may seem odd, but this is based off of the Diablo 1 unique by the same name, which has the same effect.

In 1.08, Harlequin Crest had Indestructible, 100% Enhanced Defense, 40% to Max Life, and 50% Magic Find. With Arkaine's Valor and a few other items, the 1.08 version is highly sought after on battle.net nonladder.

Harlequin Crest is the best Magic Find helm in the game.

Besides providing a big amount of MF it also has the very sought after +2 to All Skills on the helmet slot, lots of life and mana and the rare Damage Reduced By X% property!

It is very commom to add a socket to a Harlequin Crest (with Larzuk) and fill it with 1x Perfect Topaz or, if rich enough, 1x Ist Rune.

Since it have a base 50% MF it will end up with a Magic Find chance comparable to a 3 open sockets helmet filled with the same jewel/rune yet with lots of other awesome magic properties.

I cannot remember, but I found mine once, in Hell, I faught Bloodraven, and she dropped mine. Hoping that also helps!

Watch out for scammers offering Harlequin Crest and replacing it in the trade window by a Cap socketed with an Emerald.

Found this from NM Baal on P7 with my lightning sorc.

Found 2 by now, one with 120 Def other 126 Def. BIS for most casters focusing in MF.

although not officially confirmed, it has been shown in experiments there's an additional hidden stat of -3 to style which isn't shown in the stat sheet and can't be negated by +to all skills.
