The standard to put in Andy is 15 attack speed / 20 to 30 fire res,the second to offset the fres penalty, the ias the thing you want to get more dps.

The alternative is 40 (or as much as possible) ED / fres - still very decent.

The isse with the first is the ED is low and the nice little FHR addition does not cope for it.
The second, life is cool but does not add neither to dps, knowing that dp means more survivability through leech for most mercs.

So... yeah, better than
