I was looking for Urdars in River of Flame to beat my current DClone, within 30 seconds got 3 set pieces : Sigon Belt, Sigon Gloves, Isenhart Sword.
None super crazy, but get 3 sets in such a short period was really surprising.

Very nice. Im not as familiar with Smite mechanics. Does the higher defense increase Smite damage?
No. Only Smite level, Holy Shield level and the shield can decide Smite damage without other factors.
Edit: 1. A weapon like Grief which has + damage. 2. Non-weapon enhanced damage %, strength %, aura skill level. These factors can also affect Smite damage.
Didn't find any high runes since I started playing 3 weeks ago, then yesterday pulled Lo, then Ohm an hour later. Can make my CTA and Fortitude. Very happy!
