This is the best combination for me to use in PvE. Congratulations on your generational Wealth!

Usually I consider a Shako a nice find but not a really lucky find, but this has been a fortunate Nightmare level run for Bambi (SF barbarian). So far he's gotten an Um drop for Hellforge, found a Butcher's Pupil used to kill NM ancients and Baal with no issue, an Arreat's Face, and now a Shako. I hope Hell Level is just as lucky.


Note: Does anyone other than me think Tyrael would look great at the top of a Christmas tree?

Atop a tree? Why, I'd make him the Christmas tree! Depending on just how ethereal those wing strands are, I could place some decorations on him...

On my end, Mephisto just dropped two cool things simultaneously: a Skin of the Vipermagi (with poor rolls, sadly) and... a Perfect Ethereal Shaftstop! Say what?!

About 20 minutes ago, I decided I had a half hour to kill and it was time to complete Hell lvl. As soon as I logged onto the game a Dclone stage 2 popped up, and then it went to 3,4,5, Diablo has invaded. So I figure it's time to see how well Bambi handles DClone. I used 3 purples for mana and then Dclone went down. The good news is that it got me a 20-20-8 anni. I then took the WSK2 waypoint and went on to kill Baal and the whole thing took only 17 minutes from Dcolone to bye bye Baal.

Got a Shako from baals minions and first ever Stone of jordan from disblo same day softcore ladder!!!

A rare 5 socket Caduceus. Could be a good base for Beast runeword? It requires much less strength compared to Berserker Axe, gaining more points at vitality overall.

Yesterday was a very lucky day. I wanted to play a bit, just cruise around and kill some solo stuff while listening to good music. So I grabbed my Strafezon-Frostmaiden, which I didn't play for a while. It's a very fun solo build accompanied by Oriana, a Cold Arrow rogue with a Mist bow. I call them my "Chilled Sisters". The Amazon is using a bad rolled Faith (12/1), formerly used by my primary Strafezon, and a good rolled Ice Matriarchal Bow. The Faith bow is one of my best bases (+3 bow/12%ED/+2AR), so I finally decided to spend a worthy Jah and roll again in hope for a little upgrade. And... I got a 14/2 roll! Very nice. Of course, the loss of the Jah hurts a bit.

So I went on to try that new bow. It was really fun, Oriana and me did CS and Terror Zone, and while playing, I thought to myself "it's some weeks ago since last high rune drop, how about finding one?". After killing Baal I wanted to visit Nilathak, and all of a sudden, a Lo rune popped from a grave. Wow, this game heard my wishes?

10 minutes later, I found a Jah rune in The Secret Cow Level...

Two high runes in the same game and a fine rolled runeword. Thank you, karma (or RNGesus or whatever)!

Trav was hot today for the hork barb. I had my first high rune, mid rune single trav run drop, Sur and Lem. This has only happened once over probably tens of thousands of runs. I dropped a Jah later and during a tz, I had a failed chance at tyreals might. Then I pulled a double mid run drop in a four rune drop run, both of those are also very rare ( I consider mid rune as being Lem- Gul). So a first for me with two other very rare events. It gives me hope there is a chance of getting a double high rune drop from trav and finally being able to retire :p

This is why 99% people playing d2 or d2r anymore are botting. Nobody has the time and energy to run thousands of runs just to get one crappy rune. This is why I barely play, just wanted to test d2r again with new PC to see how it runs (it runs poorly, cant handle youtube in the background... pathetic developers)

But the rampant botting took the interest out of the gameplay in d2, it happened in d2r too.

Almost a perfect Rune Master.

With 2os this could be kind of trophy room level of an item, gratz!

Not sure is this is fits best in "drop fails", or in "if you got lucky", could have rolled better, but man... my first life/res small charm , im happy about it.

Andariel got me a good amulet for once.
