Actually I meant exactly what you wrote: runes devaluating and value concentrating in perfect/very high roll items
I started this ladder season then it was about half way through. found my first Jah in about 1 week when I started.
I broke that Jah to 18 Ist immediately, to purchase some leveling gears, Zod and Cham. Fast forward to today, I think on ladder currently, Jah is like 12~14 Ist, and NL is stable at 10 Ist per Jah.
I accumulated somewhere between 20-30 Jah worth of items in the stash from playing and trading. Self found 2 Jah, 2 Ber, many guls with nothing in between.
But once reset date was kinda confirmed 2 weeks ago, I started to trade all my items for Ist, Ber and Jah.
Then I converted those runes back to many Mosaic and Cure to hedge rune inflation. Hopefully it would worth my time.
Given, in a game like D2, I don't know why I'd ever want to bind movement to keys anyways but did want to at least try it out for the sake of trying it. Turns out they forgot to untie the menu navigation so you can't even bind movement to arrow keys. F it. Can't be asked even trying it out anymore at that point.
(Not that it is in any way surprising that they once again can't get it done right)

I started getting those late yesterday afternoon on NA server, but when I received it I ignored it and there was no wait. I've done the same several times today with a warning but no wait. Maybe they're preparing us for things to come?
Please post offer in item trade before adding me on Bnet, I'm in EST time zone (E Coast U.S)
So this is definitely not broken. If you hold an item with your mouse you can still walk around with the new directional keyboard keys. You can walk around out of the safety of the town. Monsters don't seem to load for me but I can explore the map to some extent. The moment I let go of a keyboard directional Key I immediately return back to town. But I can see the explored area on my minimap.
Good job Blizzard.
Edit: not letting go of any directional Key, but once there are no directional keys depressed, you will Teleport immediately back to the position you held an item with your mouse.
All trades can be accomplished via PC or xbox. All reasonable offers will be considered and probably accepted.

Wow, that’s an impressive bug, even for such a small indie company as Blizzard.
I'm in CET (Central European Time), so that's UTC+1 normally and UTC+2 during DST.
My profile says Ladder, but I play both Ladder and Non-Ladder.
It gets even better. If you walk out of town normally, let the monsters load, you can go back out of range, do the item in mouse thing, walk back to the monsters, and they totally ignore you.
