Jah, it's definitely good - dual leech + fcr +@res is really rare, that's 3 suffixes + best prefix well rolled (max is 11).

The weaknesses : pres roll is bad (7) leeches are low (could be 8/6). Probably better for the leeches in the hand of a pally or barb.
