PC to PS Crossplatform Trade Help

I'm sure that this has been asked before, but can't find the correct post.

Is there anybody here that could help with a cross platform trade PC to PS? To give a

Death's Web to @BoringTitle.

I can donate runes to cover the time taken to carry out the transfer etc.
