Grand Charm why .. WHY@

On average how many grand charms should we have picked up to find "a skiller of any kind"? I know everything is about RNG... but my bro and I must have picked up... at least 100+ by now.. and haven't found one.

They are extremely rare. 100+ sounds totally normal to me!

Actually, the chance of a grand charm being a skiller (any skiller) is roughly 1/22. Provided it was dropped by a monster with a high enough level - Nightmare

Great Marsh and onward required if it drops from a normal White mob. A mob needs to be level 50 or above to have a chance to drop a skiller.
