Description
This ability allows an enlightened Druid to take on the form of a wolf, imparting to him quicker reflexes and heightened combat facilities.
Casting Delay: 1 second
Although Werewolf gives an increase to Attack Speed, the Werewolf swings more slowly than the Druid in his natural form. This gives the impression that the Attack Speed increase is not working when, in fact, it does increase the Werewolf's Attack Speed.
You can cast Armageddon while in Werewolf form.

Patch 2.4
Blizzard wrote: Werewolf
- Werewolf now only uses the new attack speed calculation that was originally introduced in the PTR
- Raised Werewolf attack speed cap from +75% to +150%
- Tooltip updated to now display Casting Delay
Prior to Patch 2.4, Werewolf attack speed was almost entirely dependent on base weapon speed and on-weapon Increased Attack Speed. Since that patch, Werewolf attack speed is based on the attack speed of the Druid's base form, and off-weapon IAS and + Attack Speed % from the Werewolf skill itself function as expected.
