A very popular base for getting a high damage Insight since it has a maximum of 4 open-sockets. It is not the best base, but probably the cheapest to get with 4 open-sockets.
Not a very popular polearm, It requires a high strength requirement and the base speed is slow. The only positive thing is if use the Larzuk quest to put sockets in a Colossus Voulge is guaranteed to get 4 sockets.
