A naked barb with 182 strength using a Colossus Sword with normal attack has an attack rate at 15 frames (1.67 hits per second) so doing 64 DPS.
The same barb using a Balrog Blade with normal attack has an attack rate at 13 frames (1.92 hits per second) so doing 70 DPS.
It doesn't mean you will have a better DPS using a balrog sword with all your stuff because you'll have to consider IAS and breakpoints. But in terms of pure raw values, a Balrog Blade is doing the most DPS.
