Probably an underrated armor for an act 2 or 5 mercenary. Indeed, life leech on an armor is rare and very useful, and with the good life replenish + the natural one for the merc, his life will last longer. Pair it with a

Um or even better a 15IAS / 15 all res jewel in it and you have lots of things that you need on your buddy : life leech, crushing blow, good res.
