Steel or fine are better than Iron as affixes and strength is limited to 2 - anyone prefer +10+ to life.

No value. Even a Steel Small Charm of Strength (steel is the better prefix) has only low value. Like @Necrarch has written strength isn't the best suffix. People prefer life (of sustenance or of vita).
