Goldskin is the only unique body armor in the game that offers the Extra Gold from Monsters modifier. It is favoured by characters accruing gold for gambling.

Because of the +35 AR, this is a very useful armor in d2 classic. There are way better rares, but Goldskin will serve you very well while farming for them.
