I was thinking about playing a Javazon and wondered what's your take on Treachery vs Hysteria as starting point/low budget leveling gear. The stats of both are very similar so it kind of boils down to 65% Faster Run/Walk vs.
Fade. What would you go for and why?

Depends on where you are taking your Javazon.

If you are just doing cows, then Hysteria.

If you are out and about in the world, Treachery.

a javazon does not get hit frequently enough to keep

I'm a Hysteria apologist 65% r/w is just too nice for me to give up. i'd rather just gear for res elsewhere , + having to proc

I agree with the FRW and
Fade proc. I run Hysteria myself unless I need the extra 5% Ias for a BP.

Treachery if you really need that last 5% speed to hit your breakpoint.
Neither once you can afford proper end-game gear (Fortitude, Enigma, Jeweler's, whatever it may be for your build).
Until then, Hysteria.
