Description

I just thought about it. All in-town female npc names start with an "a" movement.
Akara
,
Fara
, mala,
Anya
,
Kashya
,
Natalya
etc...
Odd.

Can be used to make Runewords:

Hm... It must be some clue to a 'special secret level'!! :')

Ma neeeeeeema veeeeeeeze! xd

Someone much smarter than me already said once: "The real value of something doesn't reflect in a number of how much a seller can ask for it, but on how much a buyer is willing to pay."

In some languages it's natural that all female names and most items with female grammatical gender end with "a", i.e. Polish. We have Karolina, Marta, Maria, but also "kosiarka" (lawn mower), "drukarka" (printer), "lampa" (lamp) and so on. There's probably some other languages like that, too.

Makes me wonder who was naming NPCs during D2 development :)

Also in romanian almost all women names end with "a". Ana, Maria, Cristina, Alina, Felicia, Ramona, Mihaela, Luiza, Elena, Gabriela... and so on.
Are few exceptions: "Carmen" but I can't remember another.

You made me curious so I checked the entire phone agenda. Aside Carmen I found Iris and Ingrid, but I'm pretty sure their etymology is not romanian.

I will be mostly offline for the next 2 months. I won't keep any trades active during this period. I will hold another giveaway on my return.
You can contact me for rune trades if you see me online during this period. Best of luck!

Bernadette, for the table tennis player Bernadette Szocs ? But she might be with Hungarian origins.

Fairly standard for many/most/all(?) roman/latin based languages.
