Without knowing what app you're talking about...could mean anything.
Assuming it is a legit tracker app, pulling the source data from the tracker here (or similar, if that's been ripped off I guess), then next fetch is likely the time before the next data fetch/update which should be somewhere around 1 minute between fetches. If not..then who knows.
