There is a way to know one hour before.
For instance after Chaos will be Arcane Sanctuary.

No, Discord. I'm a member of a couple of discord groups such as the Members of the Jury Discord. They have a bot that posts the information. I get notifications on my desktop and if something good turns up I will occasionally post it here.

I know of it but I find it easier just use Discord bots for my info.

Keep in mind that the site you linked is only for Single Player. For Single Player it's possible to know every upcoming TZ long in advance, because TZ in SP is based on your PC's clock so it didn't take people long to determine upcoming TZs long in advance. For online play it's currently only possible to know the next (upcoming) TZ, and the method they're using to determine that is not public knowledge.
EDIT: I guess I need to open my eyes, I didn't see/know that they had the online TZ at the top at that site, thought it was just the SP TZ there lol.
