Good news: the resists this rune word lacks can be mitigated by building the rune word in a Sacred Targe with chromatic automod (adds up to +45 all resists).
Bad news: such rune word bases are almost as expensive as the runes itself
Phoenix is also very powerful option for fire-using druid builds - mainly shifters utilizing Fire Claws + Armageddon combo.
Update: tested various Phoenix shield rolls within last 2 months. Even the poorest roll (10-369-358-17) proved no less effective than gg roll (15-382-381-20) under heavy use conditions - meaning high ppl wsk/Chaos/cow battles.
So if you got low roll on yours - don't be disappointed and don't haste to get rid of it - it'll prove worthy of runes spent.
You can use Phoenix in a bow the same way you use Ice, but for fire skills. You can even have Phoenix and Ice on swap and use Phoenix when you deal fire damage, Ice when you deal cold damage with your bowazon.
