What are the monster levels of the council members in Hell? Most sources, including battle.net, suggest 88. However, a few suggest differently.

Interestingly, Fandom has another page about Council Member, namely https://diablo.fandom.com/wiki/Council_Member, and this one suggests 88.
I'm pretty sure it's 88, but would still like to be 100% certain.

I think there is a misinterpretation of ' Council Member' name.. sometimes it refers to the normal unnamed monster, sometimes it refers to all of them (including superuniques?)
From what I undestand reading stuff on the internet:
Travincal Hell: Area level 82
'Unnamed' Council Member: level 82, from area level.
Geleb, Ismail, Toorc: they have specific set monster levels, I think it's 85 (don't remember exactly if it's hard set 85, or area level +3).
Does it make sense?
