This is very solid armor option for your necro, especially if you prefer to wash mobs with your Nova from behind your army. Even if poison dmg roll is poor, and you don't have deathweb/trang combo which boosts your poison properly - you still got solid Thorns + Spirit of Barbs, which is awesome - combined with your amplify. Strong 100% poison res is another nice addition. Overall, it is well worth of your Ohm+Sur investment - unless your goal is teleporting around in Enigma.
