I haven't seen that issue. Have you tried this? Open the launcher, then click on the gear (Options) to the right of the play button, and then click scan and repair. If that doesn't work then you will have to reinstall Battlenet.

It appears the offending dll is "d3d12.dll" which makes it a directX problem. Try downloading and reinstalling DirectX.
