Description

Replaces a low-quality weapon (crude, damaged or cracked) with a normal quality weapon of same type with iLVL = 1.
Staffmods or automods are rerolled.

Can be useful to limit the maximum number of sockets on a weapon. E.g. a crude
Berserker Axe "repaired" to a normal
Berserker Axe with then iLVL = 1 can only have up to 4 sockets instead of 6.

Cheap way to repair cracked/damaged Wands to try and roll +3
Raise Skeleton with +3
Skeleton Mastery.
