I know there is some really bad items out there in the game. I am curious on what is the worst item that you have found in the game.
For me I think it has to be something like the Ring of the Jackal that I have found today. Which seems really bad and pointless for its stats. Literally no use in keeping it other than selling to Charsi. I would love to see the bad items that you came across.

The worst items are the ones that could have been something nice, like:
You stroll through your Terror zone mowing down hordes of enemies and there it is, this shiny object. What could it be? A golden grand charm.
Your anticipation rises. You pick it up full of hope. You wonder while you go for the identify. And then this green color is sickening you to the core. You almost don't want to look any further, but you do nonetheless. You see the -90%. Even throwing it to the Ground seems to much effort for a huge dissapointment like that.

It can happen, as you have noticed, but it's supposed to be rare.
As far as I understand, she has several possible drops that each drop from her special rune drop table (3 I think). Each of these has an individual NoDrop roll, that's why you may see different number of runes each time (0, 1, 2, 3, and it's possible to get more if all special rune drops result in a rune and her regular item drops also result in a rune). Anyway, the chance of none of them resulting in a rune (all of them resulting in NoDrop) is fairly low. The chance should be less than 2%, I think, to get no runes at all.
I'm in CET (Central European Time), so that's UTC+1 normally and UTC+2 during DST.

That's definitely interesting information and I guess if it's supposed to be rare, then we are lucky to have no rune drops? Ha.
Unlikely does not mean lucky.
Getting hit by a Meteor is highly unlikely, but mostly everyone will agree it's not lucky at all ^^
Matter of perspective.
It'd be a far more exciting, memorable and just plain baller way to go than "grew old and eventually succumbed to random illness xyz like everyone else". Quick and painless on top of that. Could certainly be considered lucky in more ways than one.
