Many of the dumber creatures (undead especially) will follow you even to the point of smoking in the wake of your Blaze.
As of Patch 2.4, this skill will increase the player character's movement speed by .12 yards per second per skill level.

If you are playing in Resurrected mode, this ability's projectiles provide a small radius of light, illuminating the dark slightly. This means that for the duration of their burning, each footstep will continually illuminate a small area of the map.
This skill functions by leaving size 1 missiles in each tile the caster travels through for up to 20 seconds. These missiles are represented visually by the flame effect of this skill, last for [slvl+2.56] seconds, and are not destroyed on collision.
The listed Fire Damage presumes a target is standing over 3 Blaze missiles. However, larger targets can touch more than 3 tiles simultaneously. Furthermore, multiple Blaze missiles can occupy the same tile if the caster enters a tile twice. Accordingly, the actual damage dealt by this skill can far exceed the listed damage under the correct circumstances.
