Rare ring price pls

Can you pls guide me on this ring which looks cool to me but could also be a crappy one... XD
It's a

Caster Ring with the following stats:

+10% faster cast rate
+5 all resist
+10 strenght
+28 life
+16 mana
+5

Vigor

Hey, a decent ring indeed.

To notice for your description, it's +5 Stamina, not

Vigor (the aura)... and useles ^^

Fortunately all the other affixes are interesting :
FCR is always nice
STR could be 20 and is 10, but not bad
28 life is cool but could be higher
16 mana is low (could be up to 90)
5 all res is always nice but could go to 11.

Overall a decent 3-3.5 point ring that should get you between

Ist and

Vex.
