Hello, a few days ago I found this Amazon Circlet, and it is ALMOST perfect, I know if instead of the reduced damage it had Fast run/walk or Atack speed it would be worth a fortune. Does anyone know if it is worth something? Thanks

IMHO it's pretty far from perfect. AFAIK for Amazon a really good Circlet should have 30% frw, +ar% based on char lvl and two open sockets.
Since your Circlet has nothing special you need to compare it with Harlequin Crest, Valkyrie Wing, Andariel's Visage and other good unique/set helmets which are all available for an Ist or less.

Indeed, if we compare to the other ones it is not special at all, it is a shame it is not worth, gonna keep it anyway.
