War Cry, +1
Battle Command, 3 os, sup.

Not sure what runewords Barbs can do in this, perhaps a Flickering Flame, but dunno for what use ?
Or no value ?

Decent base for Delirium, you get plus 5
War Cry. Don’t know about price. Very few people play that

Singer barb usually use +2 Barb and 20 FCR
Circlet.
He is basically a caster so FCR is needed :)
