Can be used to make Runewords:
Pal: it's not +2 all skills nor 20 fcr but still decent.
All res and magic find are useful.
My bet would be around Vex- Ohm.
Sorc: 2/20 are much looked after and always very expensive. Dex is usually useless for sorcs though, 10 mana is the lowest roll, 10 regen is nice.
To sum up a 2/20 but with pretty much nothing else, I think these used to be worth around 2 Ber

I've been crafted about 1000 Caster Amulet, still no 2/20

For rare things like that, the NL prices tend to be higher than in L, especially with a new ladder, simply because people have less Wealth.
But as L advances, prices will go towards the NL prices: be patient to make good sales - or accept to sell cheaper if you need runes now.
