Tiara or
Diadem (both can have three sockets with artisan's or jeweler's prefix). Here's the price history for those four:

This can indeed be valuable when you need more an additional socket than skills.

Bowazons are in that case but do not look for fcr, more frw.

Perhaps a Barb, I do not know them very well ?
