Description
Device: PC
Browser: Chrome
OS: Win10
Steps to reproduce:
All I have to do is click on the "Stash" Button. The page that comes up is not my profile and is not showing my tabs. I've named all of my tabs, I have several dozen active trades and I have 90+ reputation. See attached screen snips.
Anything else to add:
I don't have any problem with using the link in a notification email to access a trade listing, but I can't get to my listings to work on them at all. Also, my d2io member name is Phoenix#1495 (same as my Bnet ID), not just Phoenix as shown in the first screen snip. Compare the name in the first screen snip to the name showing as author of this post and the member name in the second screen snip.
I copied the following link from the notification email from my latest trade.
viewtopic.php?p=3258784#p3258784
It brings up this page:
Notice that my mouse pointer is hovering over the "Stash" button. Now look at the link it's pointing to in the lower left corner of the image. The URL encoded member name, Phoenix%25231495, appears to be correct since (if I remember correctly) the server will decode the %2523 to %23 then PhpBB will decode that to # making the username Phoenix#1495, which is correct. But, as you can see in the first screen snip, the member profile that is being called is Phoenix (Bnet ID: Phoenix#11647) where mine is Phoenix#1495 (Bnet ID: Phoenix#1495).
Please help.

OP
I could see that, but thanks. I do need to be able to get into my stash though, so I can maintain my listings. Although, I didn't have any trouble creating a new listing. I just can get to it to change it if I need to.

The URL is getting rewritten somewhere, or redirected. I tried changing the button link in my browser's address bar to show the correct URL to call my profile and it still pulled up the other guys profile and the URL in my address bar got changed back to that link ... for whatever that may be worth. Mod_Rewrite perhaps, or maybe a corrupted .htaccess file? It's been a lot of years since I've done any of this.

Hmmm, we need this to be looked into by Teebling and he is in holidays for now for a few more days.
I suppose this is a concatenation issue between your ID and the following part of the URL.
- when did the issue start ? My guess would be the coming of a "new" user named Phoenix (nope, doesnt work the other one is here for a year)
- do you currently have a way to bump your trades, while waiting for Teebling ? Wouldn't want you to lose your stash. Not being able to list is obviously annoying, but can wait at least a few days.
Thanks and sorry for the inconvenience.

Out of curiosity, what happens when you try a different browser?
I played around a bit, as far as I could mind that my name doesn't have a # character in it; as far as I could tell, everything worked as expected.
member/Phoenix%25231495/
I would likely ask permission from the moderators to message one of them my password so that they could try in their environment and potentially bump your trades.

It first happened to me yesterday. I sent Teebling a note on it, uh ... i think that was this morning. I waited overnight to see if it would correct itself. I later decided to file this bug report.Necrarch wrote: 1 year ago Hmmm, we need this to be looked into by Teebling and he is in holidays for now for a few more days.

No. I can't find any way to even look at my stash and that is the only place I've seen a bump button. Is there another button somewhere? Remember, I can't even load my profile page. I did try omitting the %25 in the url so that the encoded member name was Phoenix%231495. But, the same thing happened. I tried the other members Bnet ID (Phoenix%11647) and got a message saying that member did not exist. So, you may be right. Somehow my %25231495 or %231495 is getting cut off somewhere.
Do you know of any other way to bump my listings?

I noticed something else I found interesting. The title bar still shows my member name (Phoenix#1495), maybe because I've set my preferences to stay logged in. If I log out, will I be able to log back in? How many other members are having this issue who did log out and now haven't been able to get back in to let someone know about it?
I wonder if restarting the server might correct it. There again (I'm guessing), wait for Teebling. Might be worth a try if someone has that kind of access.

As Phantom said, you can try another browser or also try logging in private browsing mode (aka "porn mode" ^^).
Do not log out on your main session for now, not sure what will happen.

AhHa! It does appear to be something with the browser. I only had Chrome installed because I recently revamped my root drive. So, since you asked, I reinstalled Firefox. Everything is back to normal ... in Firefox and Chrome still doesn't work. Google did recently update Chrome. I wonder if they sent out a bug with it. For now, I guess I'll be using Firefox for d2io while I watch for it to start working in Chrome again.phantomotap wrote: 1 year ago Out of curiosity, what happens when you try a different browser?

Phantom's idea worked, I can access it in Firefox. Kudos Phantom, shoulda been my idea. So, sue me, I'm old these days, maybe even demented.Necrarch wrote: 1 year ago As Phantom said, you can try another browser or also try logging in private browsing mode (aka "porn mode" ^^).

If it works, all the better, let's see with Teebs what happens with Chrome (I suppose a recent update).
Thanks @Phantomotap for helping the troubleshooting.

@Phoenix#1495 it sounds like Chrome broke something with URL encoding if it's isolated to that browser. How about now? Have you tried to access your stash again recently?

Thanks, but as long as I can access it in FireFox, I'll wait and hope for Chrome to get fixed. Hopefully someone will figure out how to report it to them.Teebling wrote: 1 year ago @Phoenix#1495 it sounds like Chrome broke something with URL encoding if it's isolated to that browser.
