Throwing Mastery also has a x% chance to not consume quantity. Warshrike has a replenish quantity mod. I run a ethereal Lacerator + Deathbit throwbarb and never run out of weapon stacks. If that is the problem you think might occour
Truely I don’t know for sure, but I upgraded an Eth weapon once and it’s quantity went down to 1, so I put on my highlords, and some other gear to bring up my chance to replenish quantity to max, and just threw, threw, threw - no target, just throwing outside town. Got the quantity back up to max.

The answer to your question (I believe) is yes.

I can imagine the Zombies outside the Rogue Camp seeing all these axes and knives flying around and saying "phew, I don't know how that guy could possibly miss me so many times"
Main: Necromancer / Second: Assassin / Third: Amazon / Check my stash, my crafts and my many cheap Annihilus
