Can be used to make Runewords:
Just join some pug runs. Typically doesn't take long to get that done.
Trist to 15, tombs to 20, ancients, get pushed through nm, nm cs to 40, get pushed through hell, hell cs to 60+, done.
Or find a bumper and get pushed through hell immediately, then 1 to 60+ in hell cs, also done.

I also suggest respecing at lvl 30 to War Cry Build, if you don't want to be too reliant on other people or gear.
Max War Cry > Battle Cry > Taunt. Some in BO if you want, you can max it second if dmg is good enough.
1 Point in all passive Skills except Masteries. 1 Point in Leap.
Strg and Dex only as much as gear requires.
100-150 pt in Energy, Rest Vita.
Get 2x Spirit in Crystal Swords and random caster stuff, reaching 63 or 105 fcr.
Dual Wizardspike is a great alternative you may even get for free.
Get A2 Holy Freeze Merc with good Aura Insight, Tal Rasha's Horadric Crest and Treachery. You may get this stuff for free, too. Or just offer some Pgems. Prepare to slurp some mana pots.
Respec at high level again to the build you want. That way you waste two respecs but avoid lots of frustration imo.
Alternative to CS is Baal runs. Make game like Ā»baalwalk-1Ā« in normal and just walk worldstone keep, kill stuff on the way and wait people join. Do that until 40-45. Nightmare: create game like Ā»u-tele- Baal-1Ā«. Most times, sorces will join, tele and the game speeds and fills up. Do that until 60-65. Next step is Hell Baals, which can bring you to level 90 with some time invested and a half-decent party (decent means constant runs here, not necessarily great gear)
