Can be used to make Runewords:
DS and CS are 2 things that can doubles your damage.
The result of 50% DS and 50% CS is 75% (1 - 0.5*0.5) chance to double your damage.

Warshrike has a replenish quantity mod. I run a ethereal Lacerator + Deathbit throwbarb and never run out of weapon stacks. If that is the problem you think might occour

The answer to your question (I believe) is yes.
Truely I don’t know for sure, but I upgraded an Eth weapon once and it’s quantity went down to 1, so I put on my highlords, and some other gear to bring up my chance to replenish quantity to max, and just threw, threw, threw - no target, just throwing outside town. Got the quantity back up to max.
