Oh yes ! 2/20/30 are always very valuable.
All res rolled is the best affix even if a bit low here (8, max 20) but you got also light res (best res, good 31 roll).

The only thing it does not have to be completely godly is 2 sockets but still several top runes. Cannot say how many and dunno the HC market... would hesitate starting a barb just to wear this
