It might be helpful to have a dedicated forum for community-submitted guides. There are several scattered through General, and there's the compendium at forums/useful-diablo-2-links-resources-t3232.html. Seems like maybe there's enough content to have its own place by now? I was thinking for d2.io especially it might be cool to have a place for trade guides, e.g. the value of runes. A lot of these are listed among the most popular posts. I was thinking about making a rare ring appraisal guide. Similar could be done for charms or other popular rares (e.g. gloves, boots, claws, hats); top-tier magic items; and bases. There are also lots of build and play guides in General that could be moved to a dedicated forum area if desired.
I wasn't sure if this counted as new development, per se, or if a forum area is just a configuration. Thanks for considering!

All prices negotiable. BIN always wins. Americas (Pacific), but int'l trade times can be arranged.
This is a consideration I've played with since the very beginning of the site - having a whole section of the site be a 'guides' area.
However speaking from past experience, doing this mandates that the guides section receive new content/guides all the time - it creates an expectation from users that the site specialises in writing quality written guides - this isn't what the site is really offers - there's maxroll.gg and plenty of others who already do this extremely well (aggregating written guides for the game).
I'm happy for things to continue as they are - with the quirky, fun, interesting, and otherwise really well-made guides to appear as forum posts and then get added to the 'Useful Guides and Resources' sticky. This is sufficient along with the forum search(es) for users to discover guides if that's what they're looking for here. This site does three things well: info database, forum discussion, trading platform - I don't want to go beyond that unless I see an opportunity to really provide a lot of original tooling/functionality for the community (and it isn't already offered by other sites).
What would be helpful would be for someone to look through the forums again and create a list of guides to be added to that sticky, as it hasn't been updated for the last 6 months or so with any new d2io submitted guides.
