IMHO an ethereal Mage Plate has no value. Ethereal means merc but why would you use an exceptional armor for an merc if you can use an elite armor?
One use case : a Treachery for a merc when you get about level 40-ish, before being able to afford something more expensive.
But who would pay for that ? Probably no one, or only for a couple Perfect Gems.
