Hey, you can do the check yourself for any blue, White or gold item.

Go to Price check, type the name of the item in the bar, wait for a second for the auto check and you'll get it.

Here it gives... nothing ^^

One step below for the light damage gives this though :

The main issue is that almost no one cares of added elemental damage, so basically your SC is worth... a SC of inertia. Not bad, but not great.
