I just saw something strange related to the new Terror zones. Apparently the Terror zones can strike a non-existant level. The font for non-existant level was in orange. Could this have something to do with those orange numbers perhaps? Has anyone else noticed this or know what it means?

The purple naming on the top right is "right" in that it is obvious and self-explanatory, it just isn't right because Blizz shouldn't have been dumb enough to go "let's use standard color coding syntax for the name so it gets to be orange in chat!....and forget to remove that same syntax and/or make it work in the top right corner display". But oh well..
Either way, yeah, non-existent is cows cuz..you know..there is no cow level. That's why the game goes 'moo' every time you see that message pop up.

I think when you join the game, it even makes a "moo moo moo moo" sound
It makes that sound every time the orange level name shows up in chat. So on the hour starting it, every time you join a game within the hour and at the end of the hour ending it.
