Assuming the maximum Smite IAS breakpoint of 6 frames-per-attack is reached, and factoring in the 940 frame duration of a slvl 10 Life Tap, a Smiter relying solely on Dracul's Grasp who is attacking constantly has a ~99.97% chance to reapply Life Tap before the previous casting expires.

It takes 14 strikes to reach a >50% chance to cast Life Tap if one is relying solely on Dracul's Grasp. A 6-frame Smiter will achieve this in 84 frames, or 3.36 seconds.

If a Smiter has placed a slvl 6 Life Tap - the highest level available via a Wand of Life Tap - on a target, that effect will last for a duration of 28 seconds. There is a >99.7% chance that a Smiter relying on Dracul's Grasp will apply a new Life Tap to the target before the first duration expires.

Picked these up from TZ Flayer Jungle the other day.

For anyone running FoH smiter hybrid who has wondered, which is better, TrangOuls with 75 FCR or Dracul's with 55 FCR (breaking the 48 FCR breakpoint), my experience is that in 99% of cases Dracul's is superior.
