Is this rare item rare? Demon Heart - Demon Heart

Well dropped a few weeks ago, never had this in my long d2 career...
Maybe someone knows how those titles are composed and how rare that drop is

It's got a trololol value to it, otherwise it's npc food. Reminds me of another funny name rare item I have, it's an "

Eaglehorn", except it's a

Crossbow... I'll post a screenie once I pull up which mule it's on

It's weak, but technically usable. On my side I got recently (and Charsied) a Russet

Russet Armor (first is fire res affix).

Stuff like Imp paler also made me laugh, would love to see a screenshot.

And no, this is not photoshopped. Its a screenshot cropped with GIMP and i'm way too old to try to impress ppl with my leet image manipulation skills

I also don't think it's bugged. I've seen some orbs with prefix Demon and other with suffix Heart, but never this combination before.

Unfortunately, my initial question is still unanswered. I'm actually interested in the mathematic propability of getting that thing; or at least a good guess on the chances

Please keep on posting weird named items, tho. Don't think there is allready a threat for this and i'd love to see more.

What kills it for personalizing it would be that would come out as "Iron's Maiden's

I was mistaken, apparently it was a

Glaive. Not quite as thematic but still pretty good for a game about killing demons.

Poor grammar? At least it's (somehow) correct in English. In other language versions, such as Polish, which is an inflected language, the devs didn't even bother with the declension, so we have "item name (character name)", in this order and literally with brackets.
