Just curious on value. Currently used as my offhand swap for my Sorc with a low roll Spirit to get Energy Shield (Lv 15) + Chilling Armor (Lv 17) for 0 points invested. Thunder Storm is occasionally helpful dealing with dual immunes when my merc just isn't quite doing it quickly enough.
