I tend to think it's worth quite a lot, 2/20/30 are very rare. I'd spend my best rune ( Vex, especially if you Larzuk it for a socket) for it, but I tend to believe someone would go above !
To notice : have a look at what happens here. Yours is not as good with no res but not that far, life and mana are still good mods.
