The big question is how good an Assassin can utilize the fc on your

Tiara. To my knowledge no Assassin build uses FC. The only way this

Tiara can be utilized is with an Enigma I think. Not sure how widespread Enigma Assassins are in SC since I play hardcore but I think the target audience for this

Circlet isn't too big. That being said it's too good to give it to

Charsi. I would keep it and hope I find an Enigma Assassin. Out of the blue maybe 2-3

Ist possibly more if you find a buyer but I'm not too sure myself
