I wouldn't know anything about 5/5 Lightning Facets, I only find 3/3 Poison regularly.
Even if you found a 5-5 lvl for Ohm 6-7 weeks ago I would consider you extremely lucky. These things are one of the most certain things to retain its value when people start upgrading pvp gear to absolute fine tune them to the nines.
I guess everyone has a Grief or two already.
