Can be used to make Runewords:
Good for sure. Not stellar. Added mana is low (highest possibility is 61-90). Damage reduced is top bracket but lowest end (4-7 is the max bracket). Enhanced defense is unremarkable IMO.
Somewhere in the Um - Ist range? Maybe better from the right buyer; the FRW and FCR are definitely nice on a +2 skills roll.
