Unfortunately the min dmg and AtRtg are going to be useless for all but the most niche Sorcs and the +2/20 are mostly surpassed by what you will get with Shako and Nightwing which seem to be dropping pretty steadily in price. It has value as a defensive piece but i'm not sure its worth more than Pul except to the best possible buyer.
