Background-story: I found it when I joined a DIArun game. The run was finished already and I gave myself a shot for checking what was laying around. I'm glad I did this.

From what's posted on the trades it seems to be a good offer, but again the decision is up to you

Phase Blade (14% ED, 3 AR), so I was also curious

If I was you, I would sell it. Superior bases for Grief dont really benefit much, since that tiny damage increase will be invalidated with a low roll (370 or less), when compared to a high roll clean base.

Vex is a nice price to sell it for.

The ED on the base I believe only affects the 31-35 base damage on the

Phase Blade itself. That's how I talked myself out of using a 15% ed

Phase Blade and sold it instead lol.

Now, if you get a 14-15% ED PB AND you get a perfect roll, you win the lottery.
