Yes: Cloak of Shadows / Mind Blast. These spells are situational so faster cast rate is not a priority for kicksin.
Also Burst of Speed / Fade / Venom and Shadow Warrior / Shadow Master but that's usually cast out of combat so it doesn't matter.
Edit: as a kicksin I wouldn't use it even if given for free. Guillaume's Face is better for bosses and Harlequin Crest is better for area farming. But 2.4 might shake things up.
